Carroll Easterday has devoted her professional life to helping students navigate the pathway after high school.
She is currently Director of College and Career Readiness for Westfield Washington Schools. Her career to date also includes the following:
- At the College Board, Carroll supported Indiana K12 schools and districts and the Indiana Department of Education in the PSAT, SAT, and Advanced Placement (AP) programs to support access and equity for the students of Indiana
- Carroll implemented the first developmental post-secondary counseling program in an Indiana public high school.
- Coordinator of College Counseling at North Central High School
- Director of Admission at Butler University and Associate Director of Admission at Whitman College (WA)
- Instructor of post-secondary counseling at IUPUI School of Education and Social Work and at Butler University
Carroll is also qualified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Test.
